Please review our refund policy, cancellation policy, and license agreement before purchasing.
Refund Policy
Every feature of AD Reports can be evaluated free of charge for 14 days before you buy. For that reason we do not refund a license once the purchase is complete and the key has been issued — including when the product was trialled first and then purchased.
We do refund genuine mistakes, such as a duplicate order or the wrong quantity, and review each such request individually. If this happens to you, contact us as soon as you notice, quoting the order number from your receipt.
Cancellation Policy
A license runs for the term you purchased and expires at the end of it unless you renew. Stopping use of the software before the end of the term does not qualify for a refund; genuine mistakes are handled under the Refund Policy above.

Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not charge shipping, handling and delivery fees.
End-User License Agreement
When you purchase a license to Active Directory Reports (AD Reports) you are agreeing to the terms in our End-User License Agreement (EULA) contained within the ADReports.msi file. The EULA covers grants of license, reservation of rights and ownership, limitations on reverse engineering, software transfer restrictions, data usage consent, export restrictions, termination, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and applicable law.
