- An administrator’s workstation or server. No agent or component is required on your domain controllers — though you can install it on one if you prefer.

- An account with read access to the domains you want to report on.
- Azure Entra ID
- Optional. The free-tier Azure reports need only a Microsoft account with directory read access; the reports labeled [P1] or [P2] require a matching Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 license. Which reports need P1 or P2?
