Active Directory Reports Professional

Open Email settings form:

Select Tools->Email Settings menu item from the main menu:


Company Logo form will be displayed:

In this form you need to provide the following information:

• Full Name and email address to send e-mails from;
• outgoing SMTP mail server and port number;
• specify if the mail server requires authentication and provide username and password;
• select SSL if the server requires a secure connection;
• in Subject format line you can select if you want to use a report name as a subject or enter your own subject;
• specify the e-mail format: HTML or Text;
• Also, you can specify if you do not want to send an e-mail if a report file is greater than specified size.

When you are done click OK button and your e-mail settings will be saved.
