How To Remove AD Reports


Before uninstalling the current version, please make sure that the background Scheduling service is not running. You can check this by opening Services desktop application.

Search for AD Reports Scheduler. If it is running, we need to stop it and uninstall.

To do that open AD Reports, click on Scheduler button and when the Scheduler window opens, click on Service button.

In the Scheduler Service window, check the status. If it is Service Running and the Stop Service button in enabled we need to stop it.

Click Stop Service button and wait until the service is stopped, and uninstalled.

Now it is safe to uninstall AD Reports. Open Control Panel, Programs and Features, select AD Reports and click Uninstall button.
